These rules are a work in progress, they will be subject to change depending on changes in the community and the game.

 

 

1. Rules about communication channels (chat):

1.1 - Insults and Abuse

 

• Respect, tolerance and politeness are required.

• No provocative and inappropriate behavior.

• The use of capital letters / Shift improperly (word (s) / phrase (s) whole (s) in capitals) is prohibited.

• Foul language, political, religious, racist game is strictly prohibited regardless of the channel used.

• It is illegal to harass a player by sending abusive PM or by using another canal.

• It is forbidden to impersonate a staff member by any means whatsoever.

• Defamation and denunciation are prohibited in game or on the forum. In case of trouble you have to go through ticket.

 

1.2 - Others

 

• Correct spelling is recommended.

• Positive attitude towards the players and the game

• The trade channel is used primarily for the sale, purchase, exchange of objects and research groups. It can be used to request information or assistance without abusing it. Private conversations to the channel whisper. The fact that violate these rules will result in a ban of the player trade channel for a specified duration.

• Everyone is welcome on our server, it is asked to speak English on the public channels.

• You are responsible for your belongings and your gold in your account. Therefore GMs do not have to intervene in any exchange between players.

 

2. PVE rules:

2.1 - The Kill Steal (KS)

 

• Kill Stealing on normal mobs is not bannable, but please do not abuse of it, moreover it is strickly forbidden on Bosses. This rule takes part only for the same Faction's member.

2.2 - Loot of the Union

 

• The loot of the Union is defined by the Leader of the Union and is not subject to any regulation, EXCEPT when it comes to killing a boss. In this case, the loot MUST necessarily be made on random loot, unless all members of the Union have agreed on a different type of loot.

 

 

3. PvP rules:  

 

• It is strictly forbidden to stay on a PvP zone when you have a higher level than the level required to enter.

• It is forbidden to stay in the middle of an Altar (relic) because it will be virtually impossible to target you.

• It is forbidden to enter the camps, towns or villages enemies whatsoever "fox mode" by using "Evolution" skill available for Priest/ Oracle or not, on all PvP maps.    

• If a low level player and / or without any gear is deliberately being killed, thank you to avoid him and postpone him per ticket.

• "Disguise" skill from Ranger/Assassin must not be used to insult another player.

 

4. Cheating and bugs' exploitation:

 

• Using a software that automates your character (or bot) is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.

• Any use of software to receive benefits in game is not allowed (ex: speedhack, ...)

• It is forbidden to use map's bugs to overcome a monster without taking any damage.

• Any kind of hacking/cheating (potion hacking/ range hacking/ skill cutting/ stat padding ...) is not allowed.

 

If you find any bug in game, please report it and do not overuse it.

 

5. Account Rules:

5.1 - Account Sharing

 

• Account sharing between players is prohibited. It is also forbidden to give, to buy or sell the account.

5.2 - Hack

 

• The vast majority of cases of "hack" is either an account sharing, either having unveiled its password. In those cases , our team won't be held responsible, therefore, there will be no account restoration if you find yourself in this situation.

 

Please, do not use the same password as you ever used in any other Private Server. We advise, you to change it regularly.

 

6. Game Sage
 

• GS or Game Sages are there to enforce the rules. Public defamation (public channel in game, forum) of GameSages is prohibited, if you have a problem with a GS in particular, please explain your problem by sending a ticket.

 

Penalties:
 Here is a non-exhaustive list of possible sanctions:

 

• Temporary ban from 24 hours up to 2 weeks depending on the severity of the facts and the facts recurrence

• Permanent ban

• Reset PvP points ( Points given by PvP ranks or simply the character's kills.)

• Character jailed

• As GM, we have the tools to identify cheaters, do not make the mistake of saying "Nobody saw me" I can do it once more.

• Do not hesitate to take screenshots or video capture incriminating a player or group of players and send per ticket on the "contact-us".

• Game Masters reserve the right to intervene in cases where not specified by the rules if they consider that the actions carried out may affect the community.

• Any breach of these rules that you're supposed to have read, may result in suspension of your account.
